THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (Ford Park Road)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING) ORDER 2012
NOTICEis hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to:
Suspend The City of Plymouth (Traffic Regulation and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2004 as amended insofar as it refers to the roads or lengths of road in:
Ford Park Road - Permit Parking Mon-Sat 8am-10am – North side 9 metres from the junction with College View for 30 metres in an easterly direction
Prohibit the waiting or loading of all vehicles in:
Ford Park Road – North side 9 metres from the junction with College View for 30 metres in an easterly direction
The prohibition of parking will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed.
The Order shall come into force on 21st June 2012.
It is anticipated that works to install a new NGA street cabinet will commence on the 21st June 2012and will be completed by the 4th July 2012.
