THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (Restormel Road)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING) ORDER 2012
NOTICEis hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to:
Suspend The City of Plymouth (Traffic Regulation and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2004 as amended insofar as it refers to the roads or lengths of road in:
Restormel Road - Permit Parking Mon-Sat 9am-7pm West side from a point 18 metres north of the junction with North Road East for a distance of 13 metres in a northerly direction
Prohibit the waiting or loading of all vehicles in:
Restormel Road – West side from a point 18 metres north of the junction with North Road East for a distance of 13 metres in a northerly direction
The prohibition of parking will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed.
The Order shall come into force on 21st June 2012.
It is anticipated that works to put out a pedestrian walkway in the carriageway whilst excavating the footpath will commence on the 21st June 2012and will be completed by the
4th July 2012.
